Oath Taking Ceremony for Student Representative Council (SRC) 2025/2026

UNIKOP University College successfully held the Oath Taking Ceremony for the newly elected Student Representative Council (SRC) 2025/2026 on 28 August 2025. The event, attended by the CEO, Heads of Departments (HODs), Heads of Units (HOUs), Programme Leaders (PLs), lecturers, staff, and students marked a significant moment in student leadership at UNIKOP.

The ceremony was officiated by the CEO of UNIKOP College, who also witnessed the official oath- taking session. The highlight of the event was the formal announcement and appointment of 7 newly elected SRC members, who successfully completed a rigorous selection process including nomination, interviews, leadership assessments, campaigning, and voting.

Each new SRC member received their official appointment letter and SRC badge, symbolising their new roles and responsibilities. The newly appointed SRC President led the oath-taking ceremony and delivered an inspiring speech, setting the tone for a year of active and visionary leadership.

To honour past contributions, former SRC members were given with certificates of appreciation and tokens of recognition for their dedicated service to the college community.

The ceremony was both meaningful and memorable, reflecting UNIKOP’s continued commitment to nurturing responsible, proactive, and dynamic student leaders.
