UNIKOP Sports Day 2025 Champions Team Spirit, Fun & Friendly Rivalry

UNIKOP College successfully held its energetic and fun-filled Sports Day 2025, a campus-wide celebration of athleticism, teamwork, and community bonding, involving both students and staff.

The event saw participants competing in a variety of sports and traditional games, bringing together the entire UNIKOP community - students, lecturers, and staff from UNIKOP, KPDRM Berhad (Royal Malaysia Police Cooperative), and KOP Mantap Berhad.

Competitive Sports Activities:

Five main sports competitions were held for students and staff, showcasing talent and teamwork in e-sport, badminton, football, volleyball and netball.

These events saw impressive performances, great sportsmanship, and enthusiastic support from the sidelines, reinforcing the spirit of healthy competition across campus.

Traditional Games for Staff: A Nostalgic Challenge

In the true spirit of Malaysian tradition and fun, seven classic games were specially organized for staff, with participants divided into three contingents - UNIKOP, KPDRM, and KOP Mantap; bola pingpong dalam sudu, isi air dalam botol, terompah tempurung/raja kapur, lari dalam guni, bowling buah kelapa, tarik upih pinang and tarik tali

Laughter, teamwork, and friendly rivalry filled the field as staff members competed passionately, making the event both nostalgic and exciting.

This Sports Day not only promotes physical wellness but also strengthens the bonds within our extended UNIKOP family,” said Tn. Syed Sulaiman, Board of Directors, KPDRM. “It was heartwarming to see such active participation and joy across all generations.”

The day ended with a lively prize-giving ceremony, recognizing top performers and the most spirited teams, and leaving everyone with unforgettable memories.
